Product Built on How People Actually Behave

I bring a research background in cognitive psychology to product strategy, using it to figure out what members need next, and to build the roadmap, features, and AI-driven systems that get them there.

Product leadership means sitting inside the hardest strategic questions a platform faces. What should the hardware lineup look like: accessories, partnerships? How do you spot churn before members are at risk, and incentivize adherence? What are the natural segments inside a member base, and how do you build for each?

How do you unlock platform effects? How do you responsibly bring influencers, athletes, and celebrities into a product experience? I've spent my career in the room where those questions get answered: on Tonal's executive leadership team, where my group shipped Smart View's pose-estimation coaching and the athlete-partnership strategy that brought LeBron James and Michelle Wie West onto the platform, and now at Hydrow, where I lead the Lyquid strength platform and HydroMetrics, our unified performance and motivation system.

That instinct for how people actually perceive and process information goes back further than my media career, to published cognitive psychology research on how the brain processes competing visual stimuli. Understanding attention, perception, and decision-making is the foundation of good product and user experience work, not a soft skill bolted on afterward.
